The winners of the competition organised by the fan club finally got to collect their prize. And it was some prize. A flight
in Alan's plane ! On the day, both girls were presented with a silver bracelet.
One of the 2 winners wrote a description of the prize for this issue. Over 25 years later Janice, the girl who wrote
the article, and took a trip up in the skies, turned up at one of our gigs in one of the Chicago Rock cafes in the north of
England. She still had the silver bracelet.
